Fragrance Ingredients & Allergies: All fragrance notes and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Customers are advised to review product details carefully and perform a skin patch test before full application. Alsahar Oud is not liable for individual skin sensitivities, allergies, or adverse reactions resulting from product application.
Limitation of Quantities: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or quantities to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Order Cancellation

Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or shipping address).

Once the original protective cellophane, wrap, or seal is opened, broken, or sprayed, the product becomes strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return shipping costs and arrangements remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
